Will he say something inappropriate?
Santa follows strict child-safety rules: Christmas topics only, no scary or grown-up themes, no brands, no personal questions. If a child says something worrying, Santa gently tells them to talk to a grown-up. If anything ever feels off, write to us – we read every message.
What happens to my child's voice?
Speech is processed live so Santa can answer. A safety recording is kept for 30 days to fix Santa's mistakes, then deleted automatically. Never sold, never used for ads or to train AI. Want it deleted sooner? One email is enough.
Can Santa see my child?
No. On a video call your child sees Santa, but your camera image never leaves your device.
Will he promise a present?
Never. Santa listens to every wish, and what's under the tree stays a surprise – your decision.

Is it a recording?
No. Santa talks live, in real time: he hears what your child says and answers right away. Every call is different.
Is it safe for my child?
Santa talks only about Christmas, never asks for an address, school or phone number, never promises presents, and nobody else can talk to your child. If a child says they're hurt or scared, Santa tells them to go to a grown-up right away. We recommend a parent stays close – put it on speaker and enjoy it together.
Can Santa see my child or the drawing?
No. Your camera image stays on your device and is never sent, so Santa can't see your child or the drawing. Your child can describe it, and Santa loves hearing about it.
Is the call recorded? What happens to the recording?
Yes, for safety and to fix Santa's mistakes. The audio and transcript are kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. They are never shared for advertising and never used to train AI. Email us with your call link if you'd like them deleted sooner.
Does Santa say he's an AI?
To children he's Santa on his magic phone, and he never tells a child that Santa isn't real. If an adult asks him seriously, he answers honestly. The site and the call screen also say clearly that Santa is an AI character.
What if Santa mishears or gets something wrong?
Santa repeats a new name back as a question, so your child can correct him, and if he didn't catch something he gently asks again. If something still goes wrong, write to us – we read every message and keep making Santa better.
Do I need to download an app?
No. You call straight from the browser on a phone, tablet or computer – all you need is internet, a microphone and your email address for the call link.
How much does a call with Santa cost?
Try a free 90-second call first. A voice call (5 min) is $4.99, a video call (5 min) is $9.99, and the Magic package (10 min, Santa knows about your child) is $19.99.

No. You pay once – no subscription and no automatic renewal. Unused minutes never expire.
What if we don't love it?
Then you get your money back. Within 14 days of payment, just reply to our email or write to hello@streamlinecommerce.eu – we refund the full amount, no questions asked, whether you haven't called yet or the call simply wasn't what you hoped for. If a call drops because of a problem on our side, your unused minutes also stay on your link.
What age is it for?
Mostly children aged 3–10. Santa speaks simply and warmly and listens patiently, even to the youngest. With a shy child he never rushes: he offers easy guesses, tiny stories and simple questions.
Can siblings talk to Santa?
Yes – one at a time works best: siblings take turns, and Santa greets each child. For kindergartens and classes there's a 40-minute group package with individual calls.
Does Santa promise presents?
No. Santa happily listens to wishes but never promises specific gifts – he says the elves will see what they can do, and presents stay the parents' decision.
Do I have to give my child's name or details?
No. Only if you choose the Magic package, and every field is optional. Please don't include addresses, surnames or health details. The form is deleted once the minutes are used, and no later than 31 January 2027.
What if the connection drops?
Your minutes are never lost: only the time you actually talk is counted, and unused minutes never expire – call again with the same link whenever you like.
