Sponsored Santa line: “[Your brand] gives families a call with Santa”
A sponsored Santa line lets your brand give families something they actually remember this Christmas: a live call with Santa in the browser, paid for by you. Santa talks live, in real time – an AI Santa, not a recording. Your brand is on everything the parents see. It is never in Santa's voice.

What a sponsored Santa line is
You sponsor calls with Santa for your customers, members or residents. Families reach the line through your channels, a parent confirms and gives consent, and the child has a live, personal conversation with Santa about the reindeer, the workshop and their own December. The message families take away is simple: “[Your brand] gave us a call with Santa.”
It suits organizations that already reach parents in December: telecom operators, banks, retailers and shopping malls, insurers, and municipalities planning their Christmas program. Families need no app and no account – just an email address for the call link.
What's included
A branded landing page for parents. Your logo, colors and greeting, with a clear explanation of the gift and how to start the call.
QR codes for store displays, receipts, shopping bags, posters, apps and newsletters – each one leading to your landing page.
Vouchers and emails carrying your brand. Printable or digital vouchers with a QR code, and parent emails with your logo and your message.
Call caps. A fixed number of calls or minutes per day or for the whole campaign, so the budget never runs over. We agree with you in advance what parents see once the cap is reached.
A weekly aggregate report. The number of calls and minutes – nothing more. Never any child data, and no recordings or transcripts are shared with sponsors.
A safety pack for your legal, compliance and communications teams: how Santa is designed for children, parental consent, data handling and the advertising rule below, ready to review before launch.
The hard rule: Santa never advertises
This is not negotiable, and we'd rather you know it before the first meeting. Santa never mentions your brand to the child and never advertises in his voice. He doesn't say your name, doesn't recommend your products, doesn't thank a sponsor and doesn't steer the conversation toward shopping. Your branding stays on the parent's screen, the voucher and the email – the places adults look.
There are two reasons. EU consumer law bans direct exhortations to children to buy products or to persuade their parents to buy them for them, and a character children trust saying a brand name would cross that line. And it's our own rule for every call, sponsored or not: Santa never sells to children. Parents trust a Santa who is there only for their child – and that trust is exactly what makes the sponsorship valuable to your brand.
All our other safety rules apply as usual: Santa never asks for an address, phone number or school, never promises specific presents and never threatens or scares. A parent gives consent before the first call. More on our child safety page.
How a campaign runs
1. Brief. Tell us your audience, markets, languages, dates and how many families you'd like to reach.
2. Proposal. We propose the landing page, the QR and voucher formats, the call caps and the reporting schedule.
3. Review. Your team reviews the landing page, the vouchers and the safety pack, and can test the calls before launch.
4. Live. Families call, the caps hold, and you receive the weekly report until the campaign ends.
Santa speaks many languages by voice and by video, so one campaign can cover several countries. We'll tell you honestly during the brief which markets and languages we can support for your dates, and what we'd need from your team to launch on time.
Pricing
Pricing is quoted per campaign: a setup fee plus either a per-call price or capped bundles of calls. It depends on the number of calls, the languages, the markets and the dates. Send us the request form below and we'll come back with a proposal.
