Terms of Service

1. Who provides the service

The service is provided by MB Streamline Commerce, company code 307005280, VAT code LT100018979114, registered at Vytauto g. 49, Veisiejai, LT-67337 Lazdijų r., Lithuania, email hello@streamlinecommerce.eu.

2. What the service is

"Call Real Santa" is an entertainment service: a voice or video call with a Santa Claus character powered by artificial intelligence in real time. Santa responds live to what the child says, so every call is unique. Santa's appearance and voice are created with AI tools.

A call needs an internet connection, an up-to-date browser and permission to use the microphone (and the camera for video calls). Children use the service only with the consent of a parent or guardian and under their supervision. The person who gives consent or places an order confirms they are the child's parent or legal guardian.

3. Packages and prices

• Free minute: a 1-minute voice call per device.
• Voice call: 5 minutes – $4.99.
• Video call: 5 minutes – $9.99 (voice calls also possible).
• Magic package: 10 minutes – $19.99, with a parent form about the child.

Prices are in US dollars and are final. Your bank may apply currency conversion fees. Payment is made in advance through our payment partner Stripe.

4. How minutes are used

After payment you receive a personal call link. Only talk time is counted (ringing is not). Minutes can be used across several calls until 15 January 2027. Keep the link safe: anyone who has it can call.

When the package time runs out, Santa says a warm goodbye and the call ends.

5. Withdrawal and refunds

The service is digital and starts right after payment at your request. By ordering, you confirm that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once you start using the service. If you haven't made any call yet, we will refund you within 14 days of payment – just write to us.

If a call fails because of a technical problem on our side, unused minutes stay on your link. If the service did not work at all, we will refund you. Write to hello@streamlinecommerce.eu.

6. Artificial intelligence and content

Santa's replies are generated by AI and may sometimes be inaccurate. Santa does not promise specific presents, does not ask for personal information and avoids inappropriate topics. We still recommend that an adult stays close to the child during the call.

7. Not allowed

You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, try to bypass its limits, resell links or disrupt the service. If these terms are breached, we may cancel the link.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we are not responsible for disruptions caused by your internet connection, device or third-party services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service, except where the law does not allow such a limit.

9. Disputes

Please write to us first and we'll try to resolve any issue quickly. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. EU consumers can also use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
