Call Real Santa

Santa video message or a live call with Santa?

Parents usually choose between two kinds of Santa surprises: a personalized video message, or a live conversation. Both can be magical – but they feel very different to a child.

Personalized video message

You fill in a form – name, a few facts – and receive a pre-made video where Santa says them. It's a lovely keepsake and works for babies too. But it's one-way: your child watches, and Santa can't hear or answer.

Live call with Santa

Santa picks up the phone and talks with your child in real time. He hears what your child says and answers right away – questions about the reindeer, a riddle, a wish. Every call is different, and kids feel truly heard. With the Magic package, Santa also knows your child's name, pet and this year's achievements.

How to choose

For children under about 3, a video message is usually easier. From around 3–4 years old, kids light up when Santa answers them – that's where a live call shines. You can try a live call for free (first minute) before deciding.
