How the Magic package works
Before the call you fill in a short form: your child’s name and age, a pet, something they’ve achieved this year and what they’re hoping for. It takes a couple of minutes.
During the call Father Christmas brings these details up naturally – ‘I hear you’ve been ever so brave at swimming lessons!’ – as if the elves had kept him up to date all year. Then he carries on chatting live, answering whatever your child asks.
